That endpoint checks live database and cache connectivity on every request and reports ok or degraded — it's the same signal our own infrastructure watches. It isn't a historical uptime dashboard, and we don't yet publish uptime percentages, an incident log, or status-page subscriptions — that tooling is still on the roadmap.
