- You connect your own cloud account and RunAIAgents provisions agent runtimes there. Compute, storage, and network egress stay inside your account, under your security controls and your billing relationship — not ours.
- Which model providers do you support?
- RunAIAgents works with OpenAI and Anthropic models today, called with your own API keys (BYOK). You choose the model per agent and your provider invoices you directly for usage.
- How is pricing structured?
- Managed hosting is billed in five tiers — Free, Nano, Starter, Growth, and Scale — by included monthly requests and runtime resources. Platform subscription and a 30% marketplace revenue share are part of the broader business model; contact us for details on those.
- Can I see what an agent did on a given run?
- Yes. Execution history records every step of every run: the trigger, inputs, each tool call, model responses, and the final outcome. You can replay a run to debug exactly where it went wrong.
- Is RunAIAgents suitable for regulated or GCC environments?
