Subprocessors

To deliver the service we may rely on a small set of subprocessors for infrastructure, database, email, and error monitoring. We maintain a current list and notify customers of material changes under our DPA.
Importantly, for bring-your-own-cloud and bring-your-own-keys deployments, your model provider and hosting choices are yours — your agent data and credentials are processed in the infrastructure you control, not ours.
