Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third party we engage to help operate the Service — for example to host data, run our database, send email, or process payments. We use the vetted providers listed below to operate RunAIAgents.

| Cloud hosting (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) | Application hosting & compute | All service data at rest/in transit on our servers |
If you use bring-your-own-key (BYOK), the model provider account is yours — your own OpenAI or Anthropic account is used for that run, and it is not our subprocessor for that data.
