- What does “bring your own cloud” actually mean?
- You connect your own cloud account and RunAIAgents provisions agent runtimes there. Compute, storage, and network egress stay inside your account, under your security controls and your billing relationship — not ours.
- Which model providers do you support?
- RunAIAgents works with OpenAI and Anthropic models today, called with your own API keys (BYOK). You choose the model per agent and your provider invoices you directly for usage.
- How is pricing structured?
- Pay-as-you-go, no subscription. Start free and prove agents out with free test runs. To run in production you either buy credit packs ($10, $25, or $100 — the $100 pack adds 10% bonus credit) and run on our managed model keys, or bring your own OpenAI/Anthropic key (BYOK), which we don't meter at all. Dedicated managed hosting with BYOC and SLAs is available on request.
- Can I see what an agent did on a given run?
- Yes. Execution history records every step of every run: the trigger, inputs, each tool call, model responses, and the final outcome. You can replay a run to debug exactly where it went wrong.
- Is RunAIAgents suitable for regulated or GCC environments?
- BYOC + BYOK mean data residency and key custody stay with you, which is what most regulated and GCC deployments require. Talk to us about your specific compliance posture before you commit.
