Frequently asked questions

The short answers. For anything else, reach out — we respond fast.

What is RunAIAgents?

An enterprise control plane for building, running, and observing autonomous AI agents. Design agents by conversation, deploy to your own cloud or ours, and inspect every run as a full execution trace.

What does BYOC / BYOK mean?

Bring your own cloud and bring your own keys. Agents run on your infrastructure with your model credentials, so your data and tokens never leave systems you control.

Which model providers are supported?

OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini — selected per agent, on our managed keys or your own (BYOK). Any model id from those providers works, including ones we don't list. Knowledge-base embeddings currently always use OpenAI, whichever chat provider an agent runs on.

How are agents triggered?

Five ways: manually, on a schedule, from a signed webhook, on an external event, or chained from another agent's output.

Can I see what an agent actually did?

Yes. Every run is a complete, replayable, step-by-step trace with inputs, outputs, tokens, and cost — and you can re-run from any step.

How does pricing work?

Pay as you go — no subscription. Start free with free test runs, then either buy credit packs to run on our managed model keys, or bring your own key (BYOK) and run without platform metering. Dedicated managed hosting with BYOC and SLAs is available on request. See the pricing page.

Is my data sent to RunAIAgents?

For BYOC deployments, agent inputs and outputs stay in your infrastructure; we store only metadata. Managed deployments store only what you consent to.

Do you support human approvals?

Yes — gate sensitive tool calls behind an approval queue. The agent pauses, a human approves or rejects, and the run resumes, fully audited.
